I am currently one of our more Senior Recruitment Consultants in NGP. My main responsibility revolves around sourcing SAP professionals for our clients, primarily focusing on the DACH Region, but not limited to it. My niche expertise lies in recruiting SAP Finance (SAP FI/CO, FSCM) and HRIS Professionals (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday).
My journey in recruitment began in 2016 as a Candidate Consultant. This role provided me with a deep understanding of the unique needs and expectations of SAP professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds and languages. I had the privilege of assisting them in finding opportunities across Germany.
Over the past 7+ years, my role expanded to include a more comprehensive 360 approach. From qualifying job roles to post-candidate start date care, I have worked closely with clients spanning various industries such as IT Consulting, Logistics, FMCG, Pharma, Retail, Manufacturing, and Automotive across the DACH Region, as well as in countries like the USA, France, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, and more.
I take great pride in providing both candidates and clients with a high level of service. I genuinely value the time spent with each professional, as I understand that the recruitment process can be life-changing. Rest assured, I meticulously assess and cover every minute detail to ensure that all parties receive the utmost professional service.
Outside of my recruitment endeavours, I have an avid interest in Marvel. However, it's best not to mention this unless you're prepared for a never-ending conversation. Another passion of mine is the NBA, particularly the Los Angeles Lakers.
